Uscinski, Joseph E. (2009, Oct 15). Social Science Quarterly. When Does the Public's Issue Agenda Affect the Media's Issue Agenda (and Vice-Versa)? Developing a Framework for Media-Public Influence, 90, 796-815.
From this scholarly article, by Joseph E. Uscinski, I will try to understand the relation between media and public and how they affecting one another. The public issues can comprise the media agenda, but most times the media will comprise the public agenda. Mr. Joseph tried to study the influence that drive this relation. He analyzed historical data to come up with his conclusion which give a clue to understand this concept.
In order to make media agenda influenced by public opinion and issues but not the vice versa, I will try to focus on how the events that make public the overpowering side against the media. If that's possible we will decreased the impact that media imposed on us.

Research on Media Power.
I believe that media have a stranglehold power on public opinion. Through my research I want to know how media can shape the public; consequently controls the world. Most people, for example, believe every thing they see on news TV. I don't think that news is showing the whole face of truth because it can be biased. Then masses might be influenced by misleading news which, normally, not for the public benefits but minorities desires. News media could influence on our choices to select decision makers. Hence, in what way we can eliminate the supremacy that media impose on audience.
